One-to-one work

Coaching

Clarify goals, see inner limits, and choose concrete actions.

About coaching sessions

Coaching at Back2Life is a space for an attentive conversation: a place to pause, hear yourself, and look honestly at what is happening in your life. You do not need to arrive with a problem. Sometimes everything looks fine from the outside, while inside there is little clarity, energy, direction, or connection with yourself.

The work is built around your real question and a conversation between equals. A coach does not give ready-made advice, judge, or try to fix you. Together, we explore how the situation works, what matters to you, and which next step genuinely feels like yours.

What people bring to coaching

  • Anxiety, exhaustion, difficult emotions, or a loss of inner ground
  • Self-confidence, self-worth, and fear of being seen
  • Relationships with a partner, family, children, or colleagues
  • Work, money, professional direction, and career change
  • A difficult choice, inner conflict, or feeling stuck
  • A crisis or a period of significant change
  • Restoring energy, balance, and a taste for life
  • Finding your own goals, meaning, and real desires

What a coaching session can offer

  • Turn inner chaos into clarity
  • Clarify a goal and understand why it truly matters to you
  • See inner limitations, fears, and automatic patterns
  • Reconnect with your body, feelings, and reality
  • Make decisions from steadiness rather than anxiety
  • Strengthen confidence in yourself and your choices
  • Move from thinking in circles to concrete action
  • Notice where life is already supporting you

Methodological foundation

My work draws on coaching methodology and P. K. Anokhin's Theory of Functional Systems. A person is approached not as a collection of separate problems, but as a whole living system in which goals shape perception, feelings, bodily responses, and actions.

We explore not only the story of a situation, but how it is being lived right now: the meanings, automatic responses, and familiar patterns that arise. Once they become visible, more options and freedom of choice appear, along with the possibility of acting in greater alignment with yourself.

The professional ICC framework

I am completing an international ICC coaching program. The International Coaching Community is a global professional community that develops coach education, competencies, and ethical standards.

For me, this framework means respecting each client's autonomy, confidentiality, clear professional boundaries, and trust in a person's capacity to find their own answers and solutions.

How the work unfolds

A session is built around a real question from your life. We do not look for universal advice. Instead, we pay close attention to what matters, which feelings arise, where tension appears, which familiar responses take over, and what next step might be honest, alive, and manageable.

What once felt like one knot of tension gradually becomes easier to distinguish: what am I feeling, what do I want, where do I lose myself, and what can support me right now?
