If you want to try the format without making a big decision, start with one practice. It gives you a felt sense of the method and helps you see whether this way of working with attention fits you.

Practices give regular support and an experience of presence. The program helps bring attention into different areas of life. Coaching is useful when you have a personal question, goal, or situation you want to explore more deeply.
