A Back2Life program

Skills of Living Life

From heaviness toward inner steadiness, the body, and feeling like yourself again.

Skills of Living Life is a program for people moving through a difficult period, shock, loss, or crisis who want to find their way back to themselves, inner steadiness, and a fuller sense of life.

Find your Point A

You may be here because...

01

you are moving through a difficult period and want to slowly taste life again

02

your attention is constantly pulled into tasks, thoughts, screens, and worries

03

you already know a lot about yourself, yet old reactions keep returning

04

you are tired of living through tension, control, or constant holding-together

05

you feel how much potential is inside you, but being visible and taking action feels difficult right now

06

you want to hear what you truly want right now without losing contact with yourself

How the journey works

The program is built as a daily practice of attention. Each day brings one small invitation, not to perform correctly, but to live through in an ordinary moment: in your body, a conversation, a journey, a reaction, or a pause. Step by step, there is more support and movement.

01

Notice

Body, thoughts, and feelings become visible before the automatic reaction takes over.

02

Choose

A pause appears between impulse and action, bringing more freedom.

03

Bring it into life

The exercises begin to return when you need them: bringing you back to the body, helping you step out of spiralling thoughts, and notice yourself with more aliveness and precision.

04

Integrate

Eight areas become your own way of living with attention without losing yourself.

1

Attention to the body

2

Attention to thoughts, resistance, and speech

3

Attention to feelings and states

4

Attention to actions, desires, goals, and roles

5

Attention to surroundings

6

Attention to time

7

Attention to space

8

Attention to Life / Being

Reset is an intensive introduction to the essential skills of attention and awareness. Over two weeks, you meet every core area of the program: body, thoughts, feelings, actions, environment, time, space, and attention to life itself.

Each day brings simple but deep exercises made for real life. No dense theory or hours of practice. This format is for those who want direct experience, a clearer view of their growth areas, and a chance to notice which familiar ways of seeing no longer work.

As a result, you will

  • ·see where your attention actually goes
  • ·return to the present moment more quickly
  • ·notice automatic reactions and familiar scripts
  • ·gain practices you can use every day

Skills of Living Life

Main program with support · 2 months

STARTS August 1, 2026

Not a self-improvement program, but a gentle path back into life.

  • ·a personal route based on your assessment
  • ·daily self-regulation practices
  • ·weekly Live Groups
  • ·weekly goal-setting practices
  • ·morning grounding, reflection, and support
More about this format

This program grew out of personal experience. I know what it is like to move through heaviness, lost orientation, and inner turmoil. And I know how important it is, in such periods, not to demand that you quickly become better, but to gently return to life step by step.

Skills of Living Life helps you gather simple yet deep supports: to notice yourself, stay with a feeling, return to the body, see the next step, and feel again that life is possible.

Over two months, we explore the body and the present moment; thoughts, speech, and inner dialogue; feelings; desires, goals, roles, and actions; environment; time; the space of perception; and connection with life as a whole.

The format includes daily practices and grounding, reflection, live sessions, and group support. Step by step, presence becomes less of a separate practice and more of a way of living.

Participants notice

  • ·a deeper connection with themselves and less inner noise
  • ·a clearer sense of what they truly want
  • ·more steadiness in difficult states
  • ·the ability to return to the present more quickly
  • ·more freedom to choose instead of reacting automatically
  • ·a sense that life is becoming more alive and full

Finding your way back to life after a shock is something I have lived through and know from the inside.

Skills of Living Life

A self-guided journey · 6 months

Enrollment is always open

Not simply to have an experience, but to make the skills of attention part of life at your own pace.

  • ·a personal route after the assessment
  • ·daily self-regulation practices
  • ·weekly Live Groups
  • ·weekly goal-setting practices
  • ·a monthly group call
  • ·deeper work at your own pace
More about this format

Changes in attention cannot be rushed. They need time to take root. The six-month journey is for those who want more than an experience: they want the skills of attention to become part of daily life, in their own rhythm.

After the opening assessment, you receive a personal route and guidance on the areas that matter most right now. Gradually, you explore body and energy, thoughts and attention, feelings and steadiness, goals and action, relationships, time, the space of perception, and connection with life, meaning, and being.

Each area unfolds more slowly and deeply than in the main program. There is time not only to meet a practice, but to live it, bring it into everyday life, and see genuine change. This format suits people who do not like to rush, value independence, and want to return to the material again and again.

This path helps you

  • ·move in your own rhythm without pressure
  • ·live the practices rather than simply learn about them
  • ·notice lasting changes in everyday life
  • ·build a practice of attention that is truly your own
  • ·carry the skills with you after the program ends

The real aim is not to complete a course. It is to learn to live each day with more awareness.

Voices from the first cohort

What participants take away

Not marketing promises, but the living words people used about how attention, the body, and small steps bring them back into contact with life.

«My life changed over these eight weeks. I am no longer the person who entered the program. Life is different.»

Participant, first cohort

«Those thought-mixers stop quickly now, and attention shifts to the breath and the body. I built this skill over eight weeks.»

Participant, first cohort

«The goal has started moving. The program will keep unfolding in me for a long time.»

Participant, first cohort

«My level of acceptance grew a lot, and I learned to get off my own back.»

Participant, first cohort

«I get this click inside: no, this is not what you need to do right now. I turn around and do what came from within, and then realise that I genuinely feel better.»

Participant, first cohort

«Reducing fear, shame, and guilt became real through the assignments and actions. Even speaking on a recording is new for me. Before, I simply did not have the courage.»

Participant, first cohort

«I just kept going and doing. It felt as though someone was holding my hand, and then suddenly something important became clear without me trying to think my way there.»

Participant, first cohort

«When you speak honestly, everything becomes lighter and simpler.»

Participant, first cohort

The result is not always a dramatic outer turn. Often it is a new inner capacity: to notice, return, choose, and feel alive again.

Frequently asked questions

This is an educational practice of attention and self-regulation. We explore everyday life and train the skills of presence; there are no ready-made answers, pressure, or demand to quickly become better.

No. Curiosity about yourself and a willingness to notice ordinary life matter more.

You do not have to follow the program perfectly. You can return in your own rhythm, with recordings and materials to help you reconnect.

Yes. The assessment suggests a starting sequence, while your route remains alive and can change with you.

Most exercises are short and woven into things you already do. Evening reflection takes only a few minutes.

We meet online to practise and share observations without judgment, advice, or pressure to participate in a particular way.

Refund terms will be published with the final pricing and cohort dates before enrolment opens.

If you do not feel safe or it feels too hard to stay with an ordinary rhythm, it is important to find live support around you first. You can return to the program when there is at least a little strength and space for a gentle daily practice.
