Practices

The practices help you gradually move from heaviness toward deeper contact with yourself, the world, and the joy of life through self-regulation, gratitude, goals, group work, and reflection.

Types of practices

Back2Life practices help you gradually move from heaviness toward greater contact with yourself and the joy of life through attention, honest contact with your present state, and a gentle exploration of how movement toward goals actually works. The approach is grounded in a research-based method connected with P.K. Anokhin's Theory of Functional Systems and research from the Sechenov Institute. We bring that foundation into living practice through reflection, self-regulation, goal-setting, group processes, and the skill of noticing automatic patterns in real life.

Here we do not run away from complex experience; we learn to move through it gently, returning to the body, feelings, and inner support.
