Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Back2Life website and participation in practices, programs, coaching, and in-person experiences.

Legal template. Before publication and accepting payments, this document must be reviewed and adapted by a qualified lawyer for the operator's country of registration and the actual service infrastructure.

1. Acceptance

By using the site, creating an account, or making a booking, you agree to the current version of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use paid features or booking forms.

2. Nature of services

Back2Life provides educational programs, attention and self-regulation practices, facilitation, coaching, and group or in-person experiences.

These services are not psychological therapy, medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support and do not replace a licensed professional.

3. Participant responsibility

Participants are responsible for assessing their physical and emotional condition, disclosing relevant limitations, and stopping a practice if their wellbeing worsens.

In an acute crisis or where there is risk of harm, contact local emergency services or a qualified medical professional.

4. Bookings and accounts

You must provide accurate contact information and protect access to your account. A booking is confirmed after confirmation is issued and, for paid services, after successful payment or manual verification of a transfer.

5. Payment

The price, currency, included service, and available payment methods are shown before confirmation. Payments may be processed by Tribute, Wise, or another named provider.

Bank fees, currency conversion, and payment provider terms may apply separately.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

Specific cancellation terms are shown at booking. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation of an individual session should be requested at least 24 hours in advance; later cancellation may count as a delivered session.

If the organizer cancels an event, participants will be offered rescheduling, service credit, or a refund of the amount paid.

7. Refunds

Refund rights depend on the format, access already provided, and mandatory consumer laws in the user's country. Terms shown before payment take priority over this general template.

Before sales launch, exact periods, non-refundable costs, partial refund rules, and withdrawal rights for digital content must be approved with a lawyer.

8. Intellectual property

Texts, audio, video, maps, exercises, visuals, and methodology belong to Back2Life or are lawfully used. Personal access does not grant permission to copy, sell, publish, or teach the program to others.

Materials may be retained for personal practice only within the access granted.

9. Group conduct

Participants must respect other people's boundaries and confidentiality, avoid recording without explicit consent, and not distribute personal stories shared by the group.

The organizer may restrict participation in cases of threats, discrimination, repeated boundary violations, or risks to group safety.

10. Limitation of liability

Results are individual and are not guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, Back2Life is not responsible for indirect loss, user decisions, or access failures caused by third-party services.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing law and disputes

Before sales launch, specify the provider's legal entity or status, governing law, complaints address, and dispute process based on the registration country and customer locations.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated when services or laws change. Material changes to an already purchased service will not apply retroactively without a lawful basis.
